Just a couple months ago, Vibrant Films was commissioned to help on a piece for One Day in SF, a project that gathered footage from filmmakers across San Francisco all shot in the same 24-hour period. This event is part of a TV series collaboration based on the documentary “One Day on Earth”. It explores the future of the American city through a series of powerful and inspiring mini docs.
Vibrant set out to talk to local artist, Zio Zeigler, while he spent six hours painting a huge mural in Linden Alley. Ziegler spoke about his take on the role of technology and art in the future and what it’s like to be artist in that space.
We also visited San Francisco illustrator and artist, Jeremy Fish, at Upper Playground in the Haight where he was having a book signing for his new release “Happily Ever After”. He spoke to us a little bit about his time living in SF and likened new tech to the 1849 gold rush. Fish is known for his work with Upper Playground and Nike Skateboarding.
